I know my posts have been few and far between lately. I have been a little less busy, but I've also been horrible at taking pictures before things go out the door. That being said, there was no way I was letting these out the door before I took a picture.
I made these cupcakes for a Bridal Shower with a Breakfast at Tiffany's theme. The part I was most worried about was getting the right "Tiffany blue" for the frosting. I did my best, but sometimes I have a hard time remembering that gel food color darkens as it sits. Beautiful cupcakes copied from Hey There, Cupcake in San Diego.
